What will you do with your minute?

I just got the most interesting question: What will you do with your minute?

I was sure the answer was easy, but it wasn't. I asked my 5 year old girl and 3 year old boy and they looked at me and said: "mom, come on...you can do a lot of things with one minute" And I asked again like what? They started laughing for about one minute and they were serious for about another minute, and they started to jump for about another minute..."See, a lot of things"

I love the answers that my children gave me....one minute can make a great difference. My kids often showed me the best lessons in life. They do not get complicated, they do answer with their hearts and that's the difference. The answer for this complicated question: do the first thing that came to your mind, without being complicated {laugh, run, jump, be happy} that minute is the one that will guide the rest of your minutes, the one that will make a difference in your life. You just have one minute to decide if you will be happy that day o miserable, one minute to stand up and run or sit and do nothing, one minute to say "I Love you" o keep your mouth shout. My hours, days, months, years are precious..but all of them always start with one minute.

My daughter will dance in front of other kids to show them the beauty of ballet. My son will sing a wiggles song until all of their friends know the lyrics.

All this came because that's the question McDonald's is asking kids and families as it launches "One Minute to Move It" -- a global children's well-being program designed to encourage kids to see what a difference a minute can make. It is all about inspiring kids to take one minute and make it even more meaningful. Whether skipping, dancing, coloring or singing, one minute can inspire activity for thousands more minutes to come. One Minute to Move It, which is being launched this Friday, November 7, has a boost from the spontaneous and energetic characters from the new "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa" and the new Happy Meal featuring these characters -- all to empower kids to create a minute of joyful self expression.

After two crazy months, {vacations, back to school preparation and many activities with the kids} finally I'm back to post new items in the blog. Thanks to all of you that have been so patience. During our vacations I was able to work in new invitations designs. I will post the photos of them very soon. They are original and very accessible. The party always starts with the invitation...the kids {and adults} will be so excited to come to your party when they open up and original invitation with their favorites characters or special themes. If you do not see what are you looking for {theme, character, etc.} please e-mail me and I will work with you to create one of a kind invitation.

Customized your party with an original centerpiece.

Congratulations Vanessa!

My daughter Vanessa graduated from preschool! She was so happy and proud of herself and was telling everyone about her graduation. For me the whole event was so sweet and I wanted to share it with my family and friends. Our family does not live in the area, so I design this graduation announcement to share the big event with them.
